<div><p>Planning Project management Schedule Control Billing Invoicing</p><p>B.Tech/B.E DME Diploma</p><h3>Job Description</h3><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Diploma or bachelor’s degree (BE/B-Tech) in respective discipline</li><li>Minimum of 12 years' experience, including at least 8 years in an execution planning position for large, complex projects.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, command in both written and spoken English.</li><li>Experience in large-scale oil/gas and petrochemical capital projects (Process Plant / Pipeline) and turnarounds.</li><li>Knowledge of AWP concept is desirable.</li><li>Core Competency in Field Work Execution Method, Sequence, Dwg. / Spec. / Codes / Mode of Measurement, Resource Productivity&Consumption Norms, System Compliance and Proficiency with Office Tools, MS Excel, Word, PPT, etc.</li><li>In-depth experience in construction planning, cost control, estimating, budget preparation.</li><li>Proficiency in facilitating risk assessment, mitigation, and contingency planning for projects.</li><li>Experience working with advanced project management software tools, such as Primavera P6, AutoCAD, Nevis framework, MS Office, and similar tools.</li><li>Strong skills that foster team growth, cohesiveness, productivity, accountability, and achievement of project objectives.</li><li>Industry relevant planning&scheduling experience in positions of successive authority and responsibility.</li></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Scheduling</h3><ul><li>Accountable to planning Manager for timely and accurate input of data, thorough and accurate review and analysis of schedules, and timely and accurate document production.</li><li>Provide oversight and review of the construction planning and scheduling including staffing plans, manpower histograms, project progress measurement, etc.</li><li>Develop the schedule for construction, commissioning, and validation activities.</li><li>Assist and or lead effort in producing various planning and scheduling reports.</li><li>On a monthly basis, evaluate schedule submission for status vs plan interims of resourcing and quantity and support payment prices as benchmark.</li><li>Schedule variation impact and support variation negotiation with expected time delay (monitor against base line).</li><li>Preparing look-ahead schedules and forecasts and ensure consistency with plan.</li><li>Position requires experience with any scheduling software, spreadsheets, and word processing software.</li></ul><h3>MIS&System Compliance</h3><ul><li>Input or update activity data, logic, resources progress / expenditure information and review of activity durations and logic sequences on master schedule.</li><li>Understand the information needed to complete each activity. This includes information supplied by lead from engineering, procurement, construction, clients and others. Assist in expediting that information.</li><li>Assist in providing schedule input to the monthly progress report.</li><li>Check the Possibility of Completing with Works based on Area Front availability with respect to other discipline plans, Maximum resources that can work in case all fronts are released in one go, Local Resources availability, P&M availability Specially cranes.</li><li>Material receipt and Spool receipt to be monitored closely.</li><li>Test contractor’s construction plan/schedule for contract compliance, logical sequence, test schedule’s integrity for logic links, resource loading and test critical path analysis/float analysis.</li><li>Perform critical path analysis to identify potential problems early enough for the project team to react and correct the situation.</li><li>Assisting Project control manager in preparation of Job cost report.</li><li>Monitoring and tracking project progress and preparing of reports.</li><li>Review earned value analysis based on input from construction team and contractor and compare to progress reflected in schedule.</li><li>Review change orders for schedule impact.</li></ul><h3>Client Invoicing / Subcontract Billing</h3><ul><li>Preparing Cost comparison (Planned VS Actual cost) statement</li><li>Preparing Cashflows.</li><li>Preparation of Earn value management statements (EVM) cost variance and schedule variance.</li><li>Rate analysis of major BOQ items.</li><li>Quantity Estimation.</li><li>Continuous monitoring of Cycle time and preparation of compiled cycle time statements monthly.</li><li>Preparation of Monthly physical and financial statements</li><li>Preparation of Project analysis statements (Budgeted VS Achieved) monthly.</li><li>Direct&Indirect cost analysis of major BOQ items (Actual cost VS Selling cost)</li><li>Certifying Subcontract invoicing</li><li>Support for cash flow development, reporting and analysis.</li></ul><h3>Document Controller</h3><ul><li>Maintaining project documents as per ISO and construction SOP, handling records and maintaining discipline wise</li><li>Coordinating with all departments to get various inputs.</li><li>
