The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and controlling road and infrastructure works to ensure timely and cost‑effective project delivery in compliance with project requirements and U.A.E regulations.The Planning Engineer will work closely with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to manage schedules, monitor progress, assess risks, and support cost control and contractual requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & SchedulingDevelop and manage baseline schedules and critical path analysisPrepare, update, and monitor schedules using Primavera P6 and MS ProjectIntegrate project packages and manage interdependenciesIdentify delays and propose mitigation plansProgress Monitoring & ReportingTrack actual progress against baseline schedulesPrepare progress reports, variance analysis, and forecastsRisk, Cost & Contract SupportConduct risk assessments and perform “what-if” analysisSupport cost tracking and forecasting with QS teamsAssist in EoT and claims analysisQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil EngineeringMinimum 5+ years’ experience in roads and infrastructure projects in the U.A.EProficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and ExcelKnowledge of U.A.E construction standardsAutoCAD knowledge preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
