Job SummaryThe Planning Engineer is responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules to ensure construction projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with contractual requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed project schedules using planning tools.Prepare baseline schedules, look‑ahead plans, and progress updates for construction projects.Monitor project progress, identify schedule risks, and propose recovery plans when required.Coordinate closely with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to align schedules with execution plans.Analyze delays and prepare time impact analyses and extension of time (EOT) submissions.Prepare weekly and monthly planning reports for management and stakeholders.Track manpower, materials, and equipment in line with project schedules.Ensure planning activities comply with contractual requirements and project milestones.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.8 to 10 years of proven experience as a Planning Engineer in construction projects.Good understanding of construction sequencing and project controls.Knowledge of contract planning requirements and delay analysis.Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
