The Group operates through multiple business units and subsidiaries delivering integrated solutions supported by strong operational expertise and a well-established regional presence.Job SummaryAl Marwan Group is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer Buildings to develop monitor and update project master schedules using Primavera P6. The role ensures timely delivery of high-rise and residential building projects identifies risks and delays and recommends recovery strategies in line with UAE construction standards. The Planning Engineer will work closely with site procurement and engineering teams to integrate schedules support claims and provide accurate reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed Level 3/4 baseline schedules identify Critical Path and key milestonesTrack daily site progress and update schedules weeklyGenerate S-curves manpower histograms and look-ahead plansPerform delay analysis identify root causes and propose recovery plansMaintain delay logs and assist in EOT claims and forensic delay analysisCoordinate with site procurement and engineering teams for schedule integrationQualifications & ExperienceBachelors Degree in Civil Engineering5 years of experience in building construction (high-rise/residential); UAE experience preferredExpert in Primavera P6 and MS Excel; familiarity with MS ProjectKnowledge of FIDIC contracts and delay analysis methods (Time Impact Analysis)Fluent in English (written and spoken) Key Skills Robotics,Electrical Engineering,GIS,C/C++,Technical Writing,Visio,Special Operations,Telecommunication,Geometry,Oil & Gas Experience,MPLS,Systems Analysis Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
