Job descriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Planning manager and project team with project documentation and control job cost accounting scheduling procurement control production control efforts. In order to be successful this candidate should feel comfortable taking on versatile tasks that require various managerial skills and appropriately prioritizing those tasks completion. Preferred Nationality: ANY NATIONALITY BUT IMMEDIDATE JOINER Responsibilities Producing project execution plan based on SOW as clients per contract Initiate & provide keen leads to Engineering for document deliverables as needed Initiate & coordinate with internal purchase team & external keen coordination with sub vendors as associated Coordinate closely with production team to ensure adequate materials / equipment are delivered inspected & handed to production team for shopwork closure ontime Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines Maintain clean records on each and every communication chronology with client & subvendors Assist project team to initiate the package pre shipment procedures by closely coordinating with Logistic in charge Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly project reports as required Qualifications Bachelors degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience 2 - 3 years of experience as a project coordinator or planning engineer Well versed hands on experience in project micro task planning tracking & reporting MS Project / Primavera hands on experience much preferred immediate joiner is preferred Job Types: Full-time PermanentPay: Up to AED7000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Key Skills Direct Sales,Administrative Skills,Logistics Distribution,Facilities Management,Civil Project Management,Asic Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
