You’ll coordinate with teams, monitor progress, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget through accurate planning and reporting.</p><h3><b>Key Accountabilities</b></h3><p><b>The position involves:</b></p><ul><li>Develop and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.</li><li>Monitor actual progress against planned timelines and highlight deviations.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly project progress and performance reports.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and consultants to ensure schedule alignment.</li><li>Track project budgets and costs to ensure financial control and efficiency.</li><li>Analyze delays, assess impacts, and propose corrective actions.</li><li>Support project teams with time-impact analysis and forecasting tools.</li></ul><h3><b>Knowledge, Skills, and Experience</b></h3><p><b>We are Looking for:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and cost control within the construction or real estate development sectors.</li><li>Proficient in<b>Primavera P6</b>,<b>MS Project</b>, and<b>Excel</b>.</li><li>Familiar with<b>Earned Value Management (EVM)</b>principles.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Certifications such as<b>PMP</b>,<b>PSP</b>, or<b>CCP</b>are a plus.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
