This initiative will create a state‑of‑the‑art, refurbished and upgraded complex designed to provide high‑quality accommodation and amenities for sport and leisure—aligned with the project’s primary objectives. The project team will apply proven project management and construction‑supervision expertise to ensure on‑time delivery, strict cost control, and adherence to the highest quality and safety standards.
