We attract a diverse workforce and the best minds in the world because our expertise thrives on creativity, resourcefulness, and collaboration.</p><p>We are looking for a Planning and Scheduling Head to provide control and coordination of all planning and scheduling activities related to Routine Maintenance for all the operational areas, including Preventive, Corrective and Predictive Maintenance carried out by Contractor. The Planning and Scheduling Head will lead contractor’s maintenance planning section by providing technical information and solutions. This role will report to the Contractor Site Manager and have the planning team as direct reports.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Prepare long-term maintenance plan</li><li>Monitor and collect data from system for review of management</li><li>Offer solution for optimization of resources</li><li>Provide inputs for preparation of maintenance budget of all plants</li><li>Review actual vs budgeted expenditure of maintenance and recommend necessary action to minimize deviations</li><li>Prepare monthly report highlighting work plans, major activity completed and attend regular maintenance dept meeting</li><li>Monitor Maintenance planning section KPI’s against target</li><li>Review and present manpower planning</li><li>Follow up with operations, services, and company maintenance dept for planning related issue</li><li>All other duties as assigned</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 10+ years of experience in Oil&Gas maintenance</li><li>Or Diploma and 15+ years of experience in Oil&Gas maintenance</li><li>Supervision and leadership skills in the Oil&Gas maintenance planning field and with large organizations</li><li>Proficiency with maintenance systems like CMMS</li><li>Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills</li><li>Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems</li><li>Strategic thinking, open to new ideas</li><li>An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment</li></ul><p><b>Belong.
