The Planning and Scheduling Head will lead contractor’s maintenance planning section by providing technical information and solutions. This role will report to the Contractor Site Manager and have the planning team as direct reports.ResponsibilitiesPrepare long-term maintenance planMonitor and collect data from system for review of managementOffer solution for optimization of resourcesProvide inputs for preparation of maintenance budget of all plantsReview actual vs budgeted expenditure of maintenance and recommend necessary action to minimize deviationsPrepare monthly report highlighting work plans, major activity completed and attend regular maintenance dept meetingMonitor Maintenance planning section KPI’s against targetReview and present manpower planningFollow up with operations, services, and company maintenance dept for planning related issueAll other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering and 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenanceOr Diploma and 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenanceSupervision and leadership skills in the Oil & Gas maintenance planning field and with large organizationsProficiency with maintenance systems like CMMSWell organized and proactive with excellent communication skillsMaturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problemsStrategic thinking, open to new ideasAn ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environmentBelong.
