Planning and Cost Engineer

The Saudi Irrigation Organization (SIO) in cooperation with Applus+ is looking to develop and implement a comprehensive inspection program for all assets and facilities in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, primarily in the Al-Ahsa region. The program covers pumping stations, distribution networks, storage systems, monitoring and control systems, corrosion protection systems, and administrative buildings. The Technical Lead will coordinate the technical development of the inspection program, ensuring adherence to international standards and alignment with SIO's objectives.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related fieldPossess a minimum of 8 to 15 years of experience in value engineering and cost management, with a proven track record in developing inspection documents and manuals for industrial facilities, including pumping stations, distribution networks, transmission and control systems, as well as conducting inspection work in agricultural drainage projects, water transmission networks, and treated water plantsExperience with Primavera/MSP is preferredResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive schedules and establish cost baselinesOversee project progress and financial expenditures, generate forecasts, and uphold the Work Breakdown StructureSupport the project manager with schedule and cost reporting#J-18808-Ljbffr
