<div><p>Our client is a reputable international organization that manufactures and markets globally its Perfumes, Cosmetics and Personal Care products.</p><p>They are looking for a PLANNING OFFICER to work in their Sharjah Office.</p><h3>Role:</h3><ul><li>Independently able to release daily production plans, based on the weekly production schedule given by Supply planning team.</li><li>Provide and allocate the production plan and necessary guidelines to shop floor staff to ensure timely production.</li><li>To prepare work order variance analysis&root cause analysis on key variance to minimize future variations.</li><li>To coordinate with purchase team and ensure material availability are as per the production plan.</li><li>To coordinate with Operations team like R&D/ NPD/ CS with the objective of achieving minimum 90% factory service levels.</li><li>To monitor Production plan Vs. Actuals and work on reducing the gap.</li><li>To foresee production bottle necks and work together as a team to resolve.</li></ul><h3>Skills:</h3><ul><li>Experience in Production Shop floor&Production planning environment.</li><li>Must be familiar with basic production activities like capacity, rated outputs, machine output etc.</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/ Word/ Power Point).</li><li>Knowledge of ERP is mandatory and experience in JD Edward will be preferred.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
