The Project comprises the Plant and associated Electrical Special Facilities (ESF). The Plant will be located inland at a site situated approximately 50 km north‑east of the City of Abu Dhabi.This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in the full lifecycle of the project, from design and engineering to construction and operation, all within a dynamic and innovative environment. To ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.Your Job Functions (Duties & Responsibilities)Project Planning and SchedulingDevelop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with project Directors and stakeholdersImplement project controls methodologies to ensure accurate and achievable project timelinesPerformance Monitoring & Risk ManagementImplement systems to track and monitor project performance against established baselinesAnalyze project metrics and key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvementIdentify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project timelines or budgetsDevelop risk mitigation strategies and collaborate with project teams to implement themResource AllocationWork with project managers to allocate resources efficiently, including manpower, equipment, and materialsEnsure resource availability aligns with project requirementsReporting and DocumentationPrepare and distribute regular project control reports to communicate project status, progress, and forecasted outcomesMaintain accurate and organized project documentationAssess and analyze the impact of changes to project scope and scheduleCollaborate with project managers to implement change orders as neededRequirementsBachelor's degree in engineering, or equivalent5 to 7 years of experience in planning, scheduling with at least 5 years in Power industry, with relevant exposure to CCGTsStrong understanding of project management principles, practices, and tools, including scheduling, cost control, risk management, and reportingProject Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferredExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skillsProficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project)IT proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and ExcelStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDetail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrityAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentFluency in spoken and written in English#J-18808-Ljbffr
