Present in more than 50 countries with about 30,000 employees across 130 nationalities.Purpose Of The PositionAs a Subsea Pipeline Pre-Commissioning Operator, you will be part of the Subsea Department within the Qatar Project.ResponsibilitiesEnsure proper setup and alignment of equipment and connections (hoses, fittings, manifolds).Operate and monitor pre‑commissioning equipment following procedures and supervisor instructions.Maintain safe operating pressures, flow rates, and chemical injection levels.Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting on pumps, compressors, and dryers.Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth and continuous operation.Record equipment parameters and support daily operating log reporting.Follow safety protocols and assist in emergency response as required.Maintain cleanliness and order in the equipment operating area.QualificationsEducation: ITI / Technical Certificate or equivalent.Experience: Minimum 3 years operating pipeline pre‑commissioning equipment offshore or onshore.Languages: Good communication skills in English.Technical Knowledge:Hands‑on experience with: Centrifugal Pumps (e.g., Caprari 500 m³/h with CAT C27 Acer engine), HP Piston Pumps (e.g., MIDIS/Woma 550 ARP with CAT C18 Acer), Diesel Generators (e.g., Atlas Copco with Perkins 1104 C engine), Air Compressors (e.g., Atlas Copco XRYS 1260 CD7), Desiccant Air Dryers (Twin‑pot, 1600 scfm+).Ability to read and follow technical instructions and safety procedures.Other: Physically fit for onshore site conditions; strong teamwork skills.What We OfferTemporary Contract – Project Based PositionComprehensive Corporate Benefits PackageSaipem Way soft‑skills model: fostering career growth, innovation, collaboration, and continuous developmentLocation: Qatar – SiteYour opinion helps us grow every day!
