About the job Pipe Extrusion and Thermoforming SupervisorJOB OBJECTIVESupervise 3 extrusion lines and 2 plastic butt fusion machines. Ensure production efficiency and economy by closely monitoring setups and process. Expert in thermoforming machinery and auxiliary equipment. Skilled in troubleshooting and corrective action during production. Preventive maintenance of all machines.DESCRIPTIONMachine Setup Oversight: Supervise the preparation of machines prior to production, including raw material loading, adjusting machine parameters, and ensuring adequate staffing.Machine Operation Monitoring: Monitor extrusion machinery to achieve set standards, SOPs, and desired output while maintaining product quality parameters.Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications. Promptly address any defects or issues.Maintenance Management: Coordinate regular machine maintenance, scheduling inspections of all electrical systems.Material Planning: Collaborate with Plant, Procurement, and Planning personnel to manage raw materials and finished products effectively.Safety Adherence: Strictly adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents. Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for self and team and promptly report any safety concerns to the HSE Engineer.Documentation Maintenance: Keep comprehensive records of production activities, machine settings, and quality assessments. Complete necessary production reports.Effective Communication: Clear communication with operators, Production Incharge, and team members to ensure efficient production processes.Training Engagement: Actively participate in training initiatives to enhance personal and team proficiency in machine operation.QualificationsDiploma of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.Minimum Experience5+ years experience in preferably in similar industry.With Pipe Extrusion and Thermoforming experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
