OverviewJob Title: Pipe Erection Supervisor – Oil & Gas Project (Ras Laffan, Qatar)Job Purpose: The Pipe Erection Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating piping erection activities at site to ensure safe, timely, and quality-driven execution in accordance with project specifications, international codes, and Qatar regulatory requirements. The role supports construction teams in achieving productivity targets while maintaining strict HSE and quality compliance.ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily pipe erection works including spooling, fit-up, alignment, bolting, and installation of piping systems for process, utility, and offsite facilities.Ensure compliance with approved drawings, isometrics, method statements, and work permits.Coordinate with QA/QC, welding, NDT, rigging, and engineering teams to resolve site issues and close inspection requests.Enforce HSE standards, toolbox talks, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and QatarEnergy/Ras Laffan site regulations.Plan manpower, equipment, and materials to meet construction schedules and productivity targets.Monitor progress, prepare daily reports, and highlight constraints or risks to site management.Ensure proper handling, storage, and installation of piping materials, valves, supports, and special items.Support hydro-testing, flushing, reinstatement, and mechanical completion activities.Maintain discipline and performance of erection crews, including subcontractors.Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma or Trade Certificate in Mechanical or Piping Engineering.Minimum 8–12 years of experience in piping construction within major Oil & Gas or petrochemical projects, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.Strong knowledge of ASME B31.3/B31.4, project specifications, and construction best practices.Experience working in Ras Laffan or similar LNG/petrochemical complexes in Qatar is preferred.Skills & CompetenciesProven leadership and site coordination capability.Strong safety mindset and problem-solving skills.Ability to read isometrics and construction drawings.Good reporting and communication abilities.Work LocationRas Laffan Industrial City, QatarSalary BudgetSalary + Food & AccommodationDuration6 Months Extendable#J-18808-Ljbffr
