Pilates Yoga Coach

Founding Pilates / Yoga Coach (Full-Time)Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEWe are hiring a Founding Pilates / Yoga Coach to deliver high-quality group classes that support mobility, stability, recovery, and movement quality within a performance-focused training environment.This is a teaching-led, hands-on role designed to complement high-intensity training formats. The coach will help members restore, strengthen, and move efficiently between performance sessions, with a strong emphasis on longevity and balanced training.As part of the founding coaching team, you will help establish early standards for movement and recovery delivery, working collaboratively with performance coaches. This role does not include department ownership, executive authority, or operational management at launch.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver small-group Yoga and/or Pilates classes (approximately 10–20 participants)Provide clear, confident instruction with strong attention to form, breath, and controlAdapt class structure to support members with varied training backgrounds and goalsCreate a calm, inclusive, and purposeful studio environmentMaintain alignment with a performance-first philosophy focused on movement quality, recovery, and longevityCollaborate closely with performance coaches to ensure programming alignmentParticipate in launch activities, community events, and early activationsCandidate RequirementsMandatoryCertification in Yoga (Yoga Alliance or equivalent) or Pilates (Mat and/or Reformer)Minimum 2 years of experience teaching group classesStrong communication skills and professional presenceGenuine interest in mobility, recovery, and balanced performance trainingWillingness to teach consistently in a hands-on instructor roleComfortable working early mornings, evenings, and weekendsPreferredCertified in both Yoga and Pilates5+ years of group teaching experienceExperience in premium studios or hybrid training environmentsBi/multilingualInternational coaching experienceCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: AED 9,000 per monthClass-based commission opportunitiesPersonal training incentives (where applicable)Paid annual leaveVisa sponsorship and medical insuranceRelocation assistance for international hiresFull access to training and recovery facilitiesGrowth opportunities as the wellness offering scales#J-18808-Ljbffr
