Pilates Yoga Coach

Founding Pilates / Yoga Coach (Full-Time) Location: Abu Dhabi UAE We are hiring a Founding Pilates / Yoga Coach to deliver high-quality group classes that support mobility stability recovery and movement quality within a performance-focused training environment. This is a teaching-led hands-on role designed to complement high-intensity training formats. The coach will help members restore strengthen and move efficiently between performance sessions with a strong emphasis on longevity and balanced training. As part of the founding coaching team you will help establish early standards for movement and recovery delivery working collaboratively with performance coaches. This role does not include department ownership executive authority or operational management at launch. Key Responsibilities Deliver small-group Yoga and/or Pilates classes (approximately 1020 participants) Provide clear confident instruction with strong attention to form breath and control Adapt class structure to support members with varied training backgrounds and goals Create a calm inclusive and purposeful studio environment Maintain alignment with a performance-first philosophy focused on movement quality recovery and longevity Collaborate closely with performance coaches to ensure programming alignment Participate in launch activities community events and early activations Candidate Requirements Mandatory Certification in Yoga (Yoga Alliance or equivalent) or Pilates (Mat and/or Reformer) Minimum 2 years of experience teaching group classes Strong communication skills and professional presence Genuine interest in mobility recovery and balanced performance training Willingness to teach consistently in a hands-on instructor role Comfortable working early mornings evenings and weekends Preferred Certified in both Yoga and Pilates 5 years of group teaching experience Experience in premium studios or hybrid training environments Bi/multilingual International coaching experience Compensation & Benefits Base salary: AED 9000 per month Class-based commission opportunities Personal training incentives (where applicable) Paid annual leave Visa sponsorship and medical insurance Relocation assistance for international hires Full access to training and recovery facilities Growth opportunities as the wellness offering scales Key Skills Campaigns,Data Entry,Christmas Temporary,Advocacy,Control Engineering Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 9000 - 9000
