We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Pilates Instructor to lead both group and private sessions in a supportive, modern facility. What You'll Be Doing Leading 4 hours of group Reformer Pilates classes per day Delivering 2 hours of personal training sessions tailored to individual needs Allocating 2 hours daily for preparation, rest, and admin Providing a high touch, client focused service in a female only setting Helping foster a positive, professional, and community driven atmosphere About You Certified in Comprehensive Pilates with experience teaching both groups and individuals Fluent in English with a warm, clear, and professional communication style Additional qualifications in Personal Training, Yoga, Mat Pilates or Lagree are an advantage Positive, service oriented, and passionate about working in a female led environment What's Included Salary: $3,000 - $5,000 per month (tax free), with room for increases based on experience Commission: 20% on personal training sessions, with double commission for overtime Accommodation: Fully furnished 1 bedroom studio apartment provided Transport: Monthly transportation allowance included Medical: Full medical insurance provided Flights & Visa: Annual return flight and all visa, medical, and residency costs covered Bonus: End of service gratuity Working schedule: 5 working days per week, 2 days off, 8 hour shifts Your recruiter for this role is Abhi Lakhina, Managing Director at Love Recruitment International.
