Piano Technician(for Dubai office)

Thomsun Trading Establishment is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Piano Technician to join us team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in tuning, repairing, and servicing upright and grand pianos. This role involves workshop‑based servicing as well as on‑site support at customer locations, educational institutions, and performance venues.This opportunity is open to candidates currently based in India who are willing to relocate to the UAE.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform professional tuning of upright and grand pianos to concert pitch standardsCarry out regulation, voicing, servicing, and mechanical repairsDiagnose technical faults and execute corrective and preventive maintenanceConduct pre-delivery inspection (PDI), setup, and preparation of new instrumentsProvide on-site service support at customer locations, schools, music academies, and performance venuesEnsure high standards of workmanship and customer satisfactionMaintain proper service records and documentationHandle instruments with care during transportation and setupCoordinate with sales and showroom teams regarding service requirementsRequirementsProven experience as a Piano Technician (tuning and repair experience essential)Experience working with upright and grand pianosFormal training or certification in Piano Technology (preferred but not mandatory)Excellent ear for pitch and tonal qualityStrong mechanical and technical aptitudeAbility to work independently and manage service schedules#J-18808-Ljbffr
