Physiotherapist – Rehab&Patient Care Specialist

<p>Reporting to the Therapy Lead, the post holder is responsible to review and evaluate the medical needs of patients to provide effective and efficient physiotherapy treatment plans.</p><p><strong>Clinical</strong></p><p>Ensures a high standard of clinical/patient care using a variety of assessment techniques and providing a treatment plan which allows for integration of therapies, where appropriate</p><p><strong>Operations</strong></p><p>Ensures positive representation of the DISC brand through complying with all departmental requirements, protocols and standard operating procedures</p><p>Ensure a positive patient experience through safe, clear, caring and compassionate communication</p><p><strong>Commercial</strong></p><p>Ensure achievement of monthly revenue generation KPIs</p><p><strong>Licensure</strong></p><p>Ensures that all requirements to maintain a current license status is completed on time;</p><p>Completes all formalities to ensuring licensing under the DISC facility</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy</li><li>Master’s in Rehabilitation Services or relevant Clinic Master’s</li><li>At least 5 years’ experience within a clinic/OPD or appropriate service environment as a Physiotherapist</li><li>Knowledge of principles, methods and procedures for diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of physical dysfunctions</li><li>Experience with Infection Control processes</li><li>Experience of Ministry of Health/Dubai Health Authority and Dubai Healthcare City regulations (based on regulatory body for the location of the Clinic)</li></ul><p><strong>Our Values:</strong></p><p>Learning | Integrity | Teamwork</p><p>Click “apply now”!</p><p>Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.</p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
