<div><p>We are looking to hire an experienced<b>Physical Education Teacher having 13 experience</b>for a reputable School in<b>Al Ain</b>. The<b>Physical Education Teacher (PE)</b>is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive physical education program that promotes physical fitness, healthy lifestyles and social skills among students. The<b>PE Teacher</b>will teach a variety of physical activities and foster an environment that encourages students to engage in physical exercise and sports.</p><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Curriculum Development: Design and implement engaging physical education curricula that meet state and national standards.</li><li>Instruction: Teach a variety of physical activities including sports, fitness, and health education tailored to different age groups and skill levels.</li><li>Assessment: Evaluate student progress through tests, observations and assessments to monitor fitness levels and skill development.</li><li>Safety: Ensure a safe environment by teaching proper techniques, enforcing safety rules and conducting regular equipment checks.</li><li>Motivation: Inspire and motivate students to participate in physical activities and foster a lifelong appreciation for fitness.</li><li>Collaboration: Work with other teachers, coaches and staff to promote a holistic approach to student health and wellness.</li><li>Communication: Maintain open communication with students and parents regarding progress, participation and any concerns.</li><li>Professional Development: Stay updated on new teaching methods, sports and health trends through workshops and professional development opportunities.</li><li>Extracurricular Activities: Organize and oversee extracurricular activities such as sports teams, fitness clubs or health awareness events.</li><li>Behaviour Management: Foster a positive learning environment by implementing effective classroom management strategies.</li></ul><h3>Education and Certification:</h3><ul><li><b>Bachelor s degree in Physical Education Kinesiology</b>or a related field.</li><li>Valid teaching certification or licensure in physical education.</li><li><b>First Aid and CPR certification</b>(preferred).</li></ul><h3>Experience:</h3><ul><li><b>13 years experience</b>in teaching physical education at the elementary, middle or high school level (preferred).</li><li>Involvement in coaching or leading extracurricular sports or fitness activities (preferred).</li></ul><h3>Skills:</h3><ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students effectively, parents and staff.</li><li>Ability to develop engaging lesson plans and adapt to varying skill levels.</li><li>Knowledge of various sports, fitness activities and health education in classroom management techniques and fostering a positive learning environment.</li></ul><h3>Personal Attributes:</h3><ul><li>Passion for physical fitness and promoting healthy lifestyles.</li><li>Ability to motivate and inspire students to participate in physical activities.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li></ul><h3>Physical Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Capability to demonstrate physical activities and engage in active supervision.</li><li>Ability to lift and move sports equipment as needed.</li></ul><p><b>Salary:</b>TBD</p><p><b>Nationality:</b>Any</p><p><b>Gender:</b>Female</p><p><b>Benefits:</b>Will be Discuss in the interview</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
