Phlebotomist with DHA and UAE experience

DescriptionOntime Group is looking for a skilled and detailoriented Phlebotomist with a valid DHA license and proven experience in the UAE to join our healthcare this role you will be responsible for performing venipunctures and ensuring the safe collection of blood samples for laboratory testing. Your attention to detail and patient care skills will be key in providing a comfortable experience for our patients.Key Responsibilities: Perform venipunctures and capillary punctures accurately and safely. Prepare and label specimens for laboratory testing according to standard protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to infection control practices. Communicate effectively with patients explaining procedures to ease their concerns. Document and maintain accurate records of sample collections and laboratory requests. Assist in the training of new staff and contribute to quality assurance processes. Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure timely processing of specimens. Stay updated on best practices and advancements in phlebotomy techniques.
