Pharmacist & SM IJP PositionThe Pharmacist will dispense medications, provide patient counseling, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations.ResponsibilitiesCompound and dispense medications as prescribed by physicians.Instruct customers on how and when to take prescribed medications, advise on potential side effects, and offer interventions when needed.Process insurance prescriptions, obtain approvals, and dispense medications with clear usage instructions.Maintain accurate customer records and ensure a safe, clean working environment.Answer all incoming telephone calls following company telephone etiquette.Perform operational tasks including verifying order entries, maintaining controlled substance and charge records, and removing expired or damaged drugs from inventory.Adhere to applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures governing pharmaceutical practice.Execute additional administrative tasks when required.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacology.UAE medical license (DHA, MOH, HAAD, or DOH).Experience certificate from a previous pharmacy (if applicable).Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and pharmacy software applications.CompetenciesBuilds and maintains partnerships that advance the organization’s healthcare agenda.Delivers patient excellence by understanding customer needs and communicating effectively.Exhibits perseverance, resilience, accountability, and timely decision-making.Benefits & CultureAster DM Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values diversity and fosters a culture of collaboration and innovation.
