Our company provides a wide range of pharmaceutical services to the public and is looking for an enthusiastic professional who is passionate about their work.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry.Strong background in customer service and medical knowledge.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn new skills.Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and good problem‑solving skills.ResponsibilitiesDispensing medicines prescribed by doctors, dentists or other registered medical professionals according to their instructions.Ensuring accurate labeling of medicines and advising patients on how/when to take them safely.Maintaining records related to prescriptions.Providing advice on non‑prescription drugs when appropriate.Referring customers with complex needs or queries to the Pharmacy Manager or other healthcare professionals when necessary.Keeping up-to-date with developments in pharmacy services, industry information, medicines legislation, etc.BenefitsCompetitive salary of AED 1600 per month and access to a benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, pension scheme, and more.
