In this role, you will not only dispense medications but also provide personalized care and advice to our patients, ensuring they have the best possible outcomes from their treatments.</p><h3>Main Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Accurately process and dispense prescription medications, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.</li><li>Offer medication counseling to patients, addressing their questions and concerns regarding treatments, side effects, and interactions.</li><li>Work collaboratively with healthcare providers to create and manage medication treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.</li><li>Monitor patient health outcomes and adjust prescriptions as necessary in conjunction with medical staff.</li><li>Conduct regular training sessions for staff and patients regarding medication safety and wellness.</li><li>Maintain and manage pharmacy inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.</li><li>Stay informed about new developments in medications and pharmacy practice to continually enhance service delivery.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.</li><li>Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical experience in Saudi Arabia preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy and clinical guidelines.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Commitment to continuous education and staying current in the pharmacy field.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
