PGHV General Manager is needed for a well known company in KSA specialized in Power Grids with the following Job Description :Manage all strategic and operational aspects of the business and execute growthSuccessful collaboration with all stakeholders; act as the local Site ManagerDevelop market intelligence, identify new business opportunities, set ambitious targets, and expand market share while tracking performance in line with global objectives.Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure premium-quality products, services, and processes, in addition to monitoring quality metrics and supervising optimization measures.Draw on demonstrable leadership and change management skills to improve productivity by implementing lean enterprise approach at an operational and administrative levelDrive Pre-Qualification for Customers in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council)Development of local organization.RequirementsMaster’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering in combination with a further education in Business Management with more than 8 years of work experience in a managerial position in production environment or in direct cooperation with the production with general manager responsibilities. You should have strong product expertise relating to GIS technology.Transmission and Distribution market knowledge in Saudi Arabia and GCC would be an advantageExcellent communication skills, both written and oral is required with fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
