Permit Supervisor

<div><p>We are looking for an experienced Supervisor – Permits who will be responsible for managing and controlling all permit-to-work (PTW) activities on the offshore site to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution of construction, maintenance, and operational tasks.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Supervise, coordinate, and control all Permit-to-Work (PTW) processes in accordance with ADNOC standards and offshore HSE requirements.</li><li>Review, approve, and issue permits including Hot Work, Cold Work, Confined Space Entry, Electrical Isolation, Work at Height, and other specialized permits.</li><li>Ensure all job risk assessments (JRA) and method statements are complete and compliant before permit approval.</li><li>Conduct daily site inspections to verify compliance with the PTW system and operational safety standards.</li><li>Coordinate with discipline supervisors, HSE teams, and contractor representatives to ensure safe execution of work.</li><li>Maintain daily PTW logs, records, and documentation for audits and reporting.</li><li>Facilitate toolbox talks and ensure all team members understand permit conditions and safety requirements.</li><li>Participate in hazard identification (HAZID), incident reporting, and investigation when required.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to ADNOC codes, procedures, and offshore safety guidelines.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Experience</h3><ul><li>Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oil&Gas operations, ideally in offshore environments.</li><li>Mandatory ADNOC project or asset experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of PTW systems, HSE standards, and offshore operations.</li><li>Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
