We have global ambitions no small thinking here.Role OverviewAs a Performance Marketing Specialist at Calo you will be responsible for overseeing our paid marketing strategies and across social media platforms including Meta TikTok and Snapchat. Your focus will be on creating implementing and optimizing digital campaigns that drive customer acquisition and engagement. You will manage and measure the performance of our paid marketing channels ensuring they align with our business objectives to drive growth and scale conversions. Collaborating closely with our marketing and design teams youll craft compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience ultimately contributing to Calos growth and market presence.Please note that this is a remote position.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute effective paid marketing strategies on social media platforms like Meta TikTok and SnapchatManage budgets and campaigns across these platforms to maximize return on investment and minimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)Track and analyze the performance of paid campaigns adjusting strategies based on datadriven insightsCollaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate performance marketing efforts with overall marketing strategiesConduct A/B testing to refine campaigns and enhance engagement and conversion ratesMonitor trends in social media marketing adapting strategies to leverage new opportunities and platformsCoordinate with the growth team to improve funnel conversion rates and share insightsIdeal CandidateQualificationsBachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or any related field3 years of experience in a performance marketing role at a B2C companyProficiency in EnglishKnowledge & CompetencyIndepth experience with social media advertising and media buying platformsProven track record of managing substantial marketing budgets effectivelyFamiliarity with performance marketing automation technology and analytical tools like Automated Custom Audiences Meta Reporting TikTok Reporting etcStrong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and A/B testingCreative mindset with the ability to identify and target key audiences effectively and devising digital campaigns that are engagingKnowledge of SQL and Python is a plusAbility to optimize landing pages and user funnelsKeen interest in staying updated with new technologies and emerging trends in digital marketingPersonalityExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesCollaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teamsFriendly and pleasant personality that is able to lead with empathy and patienceA gogetter who is always up for a challengeStrong problemsolving skillsRequired Experience:Senior IC#J-18808-Ljbffr
