Performance Marketer (Real Estate)

Led by Zoheb Hamirani (aka Realtor On A Harley), the company has built one of the strongest real estate brands in the region, with nearly half a million followers across social platforms.To support our next phase of growth, we are looking for a senior Performance Marketer with proven experience in real estate advertising to run and scale high-performing lead generation campaigns.This is a full-time, in-office role based in Dubai, in our brand-new offices.Your roleYou will be responsible for the full performance marketing cycle, from strategy to execution and optimisation.Launch, manage, and scale paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms)Generate high-quality buyer and seller leads for real estateContinuously optimise campaigns based on CPL, lead quality, and conversion dataCollaborate closely with sales and management to align ads with business goalsSet up and manage basic automations for lead handling and distributionTrack, analyse, and report on campaign performanceWhat we’re looking forThis is not a junior or entry-level role.Proven experience running paid ads specifically in the real estate sectorStrong track record of generating qualified leads through performance campaignslExcellent understanding of Meta Ads and lead-based funnelsExperience with basic automations (spreadsheets, CRM integrations, lead routing)Strong analytical mindset and performance-driven approachPerfect English, spoken and writtenCurrently living in DubaiCompensationFixed salary up to AED 10,000Performance-based bonus linked directly to lead resultsThe better the campaigns perform, the more you earnLong-term opportunity within a fast-growing, highly visible brand#J-18808-Ljbffr
