Founding Performance Coach (Full-Time)Location: Abu Dhabi UAEAbout:Abu Dhabis first performance and recovery club - a hybrid between HYROX-style training strength and conditioning and modern recovery methods. Were building a space where performance meets recovery and community. The founding team blends years of athletic coaching and operational experience from the UAE US UK and Europe.The RoleAs a founding Performance Coach youll deliver world-class group training across HYROX HIIT strength and running. Youll inspire educate and push members while ensuring safe technique and an unmatched atmosphere. This role goes beyond workouts - youll serve as an ambassador for the HYPE brand fostering teamwork accountability and friendly competition while helping set the standard - an inclusive premium community where performance is accessible but elevated.Key ResponsibilitiesCoach members through dynamic group classes (20 participants) and 1:1 personal training.Create an energetic and purposeful atmosphere where members train with intent.Tailor and structure programs to meet the needs of diverse members offering regressions and progressions.Ensure all members feel welcome supported and motivated.Represent the organisation with professionalism integrity and energy at all times.Be available for non-traditional hours (early mornings evenings weekends holidays).RequirementsCertifications: HYROX L1 preferred; accredited personal training or S&C certification (ACE NASM NSCA ISSA or equivalent) required.Experience: 25 years minimum in coaching and/or group fitness.Non-negotiables: Strong English communication on-floor presence professionalism and community-first mindset.CPR/AED certification (up-to-date).Proven ability to lead high-capacity classes with professionalism presence and energy.Adaptability across multiple training styles (functional endurance strength).Passion for building community not just delivering workouts.PreferredHYROX Coaching Certification (L1) and/or HYROX coaching/racing experience.5 years of combined group fitness and/or personal training experience.Nutrition certification and/or coaching background.Bi/multilingual.Experience in premium fitness environments.BEST WISHESSalary: AED 9000/month base.Incentives: Class utilisation commissions PT sales incentives.Benefits: Visa medical relocation assistance paid holiday and full access to recovery facilities.For international hires relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are available.Career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding fitness brand.#J-18808-Ljbffr
