You’ll work on high‑impact projects in a high‑growth environment, alongside a world‑class remote engineering team spread across 20+ countries.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and configure current People systems, including workflow setup, access management, data fixes/corrections, and creation of reports, ensuring high data accuracy, auditability, and smooth ongoing operations.Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.Define system workflows and integration schemes to enhance process efficiency along with workflow configuration.Optimize and document existing processes, ensuring they are scalable and well‑integrated across systems.Ensure seamless communication between business and technical teams, resolving requirement ambiguities.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseExperience as a Systems Analyst in a technology‑driven environment including handling sensitive data.Hands‑on experience with business rules engines, decision modeling, and workflow configuration.Proficiency in process modeling using UML/BPMN notations.Experience with API protocols (SOAP/REST/gRPC) and system integrations.Advanced level of English, with strong communication skills.Nice‑to‑HaveExperience with People/HR Tech systemsExperience in designing database schemas and knowledge of SQLKnowledge of any programming languageBenefitsFlexible working hours, giving you autonomy to manage your time effectively.A high‑performing workplace that encourages innovation, ownership, and career growth.A collaborative environment where new ideas are welcomed and supported.If you enjoy solving complex system challenges, optimizing workflows, and driving efficiency, we’d love to hear from you!
