This hands‑on role focuses on payroll coordination, visa processing, HR compliance, and day‑to‑day people operations. You will be a key partner to employees, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient HR operations as we scale.ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Employee LifecycleManage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, updates, offboarding)Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS dataDraft contracts, letters, and employment documentationEnsure compliance with local employment legislation and internal policiesRespond to day‑to‑day HR queries from employeesPayroll & BenefitsOwn monthly payroll executionEnsure accurate variable pay inputsConduct payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesSupport benefits administration and provider coordinationMaintain payroll compliance and documentationVisa & Mobility ManagementManage visa applications, renewals, and right‑to‑work compliancePartner with external immigration counsel where requiredTrack visa timelines and ensure proactive renewalsSupport employees relocatingCompliance & PolicyEnsure up‑to‑date employment contracts and documentationSupport audits and compliance reportingMaintain and update HR policies and proceduresEnsure adherence to data protection and confidentiality standardsProcess ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve HR operational efficiencySupport automation and system optimization initiativesDocument and standardize people processesQualifications8+ years experience in HR Operations / People Operations within a tech organizationStrong hands‑on experience managing payroll (essential)Experience handling visa processing and immigration compliance, ideally within Twofour54 FreezoneSolid knowledge of employment law and HR best practicesExperience working with HRIS and payroll systemsExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable operating in a scaling, fast‑paced environmentHigh level of discretion and confidentialityWhat Working At Analog OffersCulture: A collaborative, globally minded team building the future of physical intelligence.
