Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field. - Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in the retail industry. - Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
