In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and genuinely passionate about creating an engaging employee experience while maintaining professional standards in all HR-related activities.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Coordinate and execute employee engagement initiatives, cultural programs, and company events to foster a positive workplace environment</li><li>Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees, ensuring smooth transitions and proper documentation</li><li>Maintain and organize HR records, employee files, and documentation in compliance with company policies and local regulations</li><li>Assist with employee relations matters by serving as a supportive point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns</li><li>Facilitate communication between employees and management regarding HR policies, benefits, and organizational updates</li><li>Support the coordination of training programs, workshops, and professional development activities</li><li>Manage HR administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry in HR systems</li><li>Assist with recruitment support activities, including scheduling interviews and preparing candidate materials</li><li>Recognize and celebrate employee milestones and achievements to reinforce company culture</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Proven organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine ability to connect with employees at all levels</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>Experience with HR systems or HRIS platforms</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and record-keeping</li><li>Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to supporting HR operations</li><li>Knowledge of Saudi Arabia labor regulations and employment practices</li><li>Experience coordinating employee engagement programs or events</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to supporting a diverse and inclusive workplace culture</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
