This role involves delivering comprehensive emergency medical care to pediatric patients in a private hospital setting. You will provide expert clinical assessments, accurate diagnoses, and timely interventions while ensuring compassionate communication with children and their families. Joining our team means working in a state-of-the-art facility committed to the highest standards of patient care.Responsibilities:Rapidly assess and triage pediatric patients presenting to the emergency department in a private healthcare setting.Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric emergencies including trauma, infections, and acute illnesses.Stabilize and manage critically ill pediatric patients and perform necessary emergency procedures.Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary clinical teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.Communicate effectively and empathetically with patients and their families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care.Maintain accurate, thorough documentation in electronic medical records in compliance with private healthcare protocols.Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives specific to private healthcare standards.Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.Completion of Pediatric Residency and board certification/eligibility in Pediatrics or Pediatric Emergency Medicine.Valid medical license to practice in the jurisdiction of the private healthcare facility.Experience working in pediatric emergency departments, preferably within the private healthcare sector.Excellent clinical decision-making skills and ability to perform emergency procedures.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with pediatric patients and their families.Ability to work efficiently within a multidisciplinary private healthcare team.Familiarity with electronic health record systems used in private healthcare settings.Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care and confidentiality in a private sector environment.Dedication to ongoing learning and professional development in pediatric emergency medicine.Private Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus#J-18808-Ljbffr
