Job Description As a Payroll & Time Experience & Excellence Lead at bp, you will be part of the Excellence and Experience Team within the People & Culture function. Your role will involve supporting the delivery of service excellence strategy and roadmap for Payroll & Time services. You will play a crucial role in improving service quality, customer experience, and operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and implementing a service excellence strategy for Payroll & Time - Implementing and supervising continuous improvement (CI) initiatives - Handling capacity reporting and resource planning - Developing and implementing service skills and technical capabilities for the team - Bringing standardization in ways of working across the globe - Building a community of practice within the global payroll teams for change management, work through recurring issues, product and process changes - Participating in UAT for system-related changes, gathering feedback to improvise the product features - Ensuring that all testing activities are duly completed, documented and communicated, ensuring there are no production defects - Applying agile practices and principles to maximize business value and continuously improve the delivery of the right customer outcomes - Supporting the deployment of the payroll and time solutions for new countries/entities, providing vital governance, risk management, and delivery assurance to relevant partners Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Payroll Administration, Human Resources, or other relevant field Skills Required: - Project Management skills - Strong communication skills - Strong team harmony skills - Strong analytic and problem-solving skills - Strong collaborator management and presentation skills - P&C framework: Psychological safety - Legal and regulatory environment and compliance - Collaborator management - Continuous improvement - Performance and planning - Commercial competence - Agile core principles - Creativity and innovation - Budget management - Customer service delivery excellence - Workforce Planning - Resilience - Collaboration - Leadership - Customer-centric thinking - Knowledge sharing Experience and Job Requirements: - Required 7 years of Global payroll experience - UK and US payroll knowledge is an added advantage - Exposure to payroll and time systems like SAP (ADP Global View) and Workday systems will be beneficial - Excellent critical thinking, reasoning, and analytical skills, possess an inquiring, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy - Strong communication and execution skills to influence HR and business leaders towards common solutions (standardization) In summary, as the Payroll & Time Experience & Excellence Lead at bp, you will play a vital role in driving service excellence and continuous improvement within the People & Culture function.
