<div><p>We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely salary processing, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations.</p><p>The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of payroll processes, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions</li><li>Maintain and update employee payroll data, including new hires, changes, and terminations</li><li>Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations (e.g., GOSI, WPS)</li><li>Prepare and process final settlements, including end-of-service benefits and leave encashments</li><li>Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to validate payroll inputs and resolve discrepancies</li><li>Generate payroll reports, summaries, and cost analyses for internal stakeholders</li><li>Manage payroll systems (e.g., SAP) and ensure data integrity</li><li>Handle employee inquiries related to payroll in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Support internal and external audits by providing accurate payroll documentation</li><li>Monitor payroll timelines and ensure timely salary disbursement</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field</li><li>1–4 years of experience in payroll processing</li><li>Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and labor laws in Saudi Arabia</li><li>Experience with payroll systems (SAP preferred)</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
