This includes the end-to-end monthly payroll process, reimbursements, ad-hoc payments, and final settlements. The role also ensures accurate payroll costing, reconciliation of payroll balances and provisions, and full compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and audit requirements.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProcess monthly payroll for all organization entities accurately and within set timelines.Manage and verify all employee payments, including reimbursements, ad-hoc payments, and final settlements.Review update employee leave records on a monthly basis to ensure accurate reflection in payroll processing.Conduct monthly costing and ensure accurate allocation of payroll expenses across departments and entities.Prepare and perform monthly reconciliations of payroll-related accounts, including provisions and accruals.Maintain up-to-date employee payroll and leave records and ensure data integrity in HR and payroll systems.Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, labor laws, and company policies.Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and reconciliations.Coordinate with Employee Relations to resolve leave-related discrepancies.Monitor changes in labor laws, tax, and other regulations impacting payroll and ensure timely implementation.Support the continuous improvement of payroll and leave management processes and systems for greater efficiency and accuracy.Prepare and submit payroll and workforce reports for management, audit, and compliance purposes.REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONSRELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCEMin: 5+ years of experience in payroll administration or HR operations.FIELD OF EXPERIENCEExperience in payroll processing within multi-entity organizationTECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLSStrong knowledge of UAE labour law and payroll compliance requirementsProficiency in payroll systems and HRIS (Oracle).Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights.Strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills with attention to detail.High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
