Join our team and start your journey today!Position Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements across various countries. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing compliance with local and country tax laws and providing exceptional service to our employees. As part of the Regional payroll team you will be responsible for the processingpayroll for multiple countries in AMEA using Ceridian Dayforce ADP Celergo and local payroll software Workday HRIS system Gaia Ceridian Dayforce UKG Kronos and local time and attendance software and other 3rd party inbound and outbound vendors.Requirements:Accurately process payroll for employees across multiple countries.Ensure timely and accurate calculation of wages deductions and taxes.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and country specific tax laws and regulations.Ensure compliance with country federal state and local payroll tax requirements.Prepare and file payroll tax returns for local state and federal agencies.Generate and review payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.Maintain accurate payroll records and employee files.Address and resolve more complex payroll-related inquiries from HR Shared Services.Provide guidance on payroll and tax matters.Utilize payroll software to manage payroll processes.Assist in system upgrades and implementations as needed.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in accounting Finance Human Resources or equivalent experience in accounting finance and / or Human Resources.Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processingProven experience working across multiple countries to process payroll.Knowledge of global payroll processes labor laws taxation and statutory compliance.Proficiency in payroll and time keeping systems such as Workday Ceridian Dayforce ADP Celergo Gaia and UKG KronosEnglish fluency in verbal and written communicationsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Demonstrate an elevated level of integrity discretion and confidentiality.Strong communication customer service skills friendly and professional attitudeStrong Microsoft Excel skillsAbility to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution.Our Commitment to Our PeopleAcross the globe we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
