Job Description

ResponsibilitiesEnsuring all payroll transactions are processed efficientlyCollecting calculating and entering team members data in order to maintain and update payroll informationCompiling summaries of earnings deductions leave sickness accruals and reporting on thisResolving payroll discrepanciesMaintaining payroll operations by following policies and proceduresTo maintain and control petty cash funds and record the disbursement.Prepare safe count sheet daily and submit to Financial Controller.Maintain adequate supply of small change for cashiers and service guest agents.Arrange the conversion of foreign currencies received from Front Office.Coordinate with Account Payable and Corporate Office regarding money transfer .To undertake any other duties as directed by Financial Controller.To ensure all monies are banked on a timely basis.QualificationsAt least 2 years experience in the same role preferably in a luxury hotel background with at least 300 staffsExcellent eye for details in dealing with transactionsHas well demonstrated patienceand accommodating personality with overall Team Member inquiries request and concernsReliable and works with integrityExcellent communication skills and technical knowledge in HRIS systemAdditional InformationTo be able to relocate to remote resort locationRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
