Paymaster / Finance Admin

Job DescriptionWe're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Paymaster/Finance Admin to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with local financial regulations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, analytical abilities, and a commitment to accuracy in all financial matters.ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage payroll operations, including salary calculations, deductions, and disbursements for all employeesMaintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation in compliance with Saudi Arabia's regulatory requirementsPrepare and generate payroll reports, statements, and reconciliation summaries for management reviewCoordinate with Human Resources and Accounting departments to ensure seamless monthly payroll closingEnsure strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and employee informationMaintain and update payroll records and employee files with current informationAnalyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for process improvementsEnsure all financial transactions comply with organizational policies and applicable Saudi labor lawsQualifications2-3 years of professional experience in Paymaster / Finance roleProficiency in payroll processing systems and accounting software (Bayan / Oasys)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong knowledge of financial record-keeping, accounts management, and reconciliation proceduresExcellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errorsExceptional organizational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departmentsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential financial informationFamiliarity with Saudi Arabia's labor laws and payroll regulations#J-18808-Ljbffr
