Foodics has achieved three rounds of funding, with the latest raising $170 million in the largest SaaS funding round in MENA, boosting its innovation capabilities to better serve business owners.The Job in a NutshellWe are seeking a Sales Expansion Manager to drive the adoption of Foodics products and services within our existing customer base. This role involves leading a tele‑sales team to execute strategic outbound initiatives aimed at generating incremental revenue from current clients.Main Task & ResponsibilitiesManage an outbound tele‑sales team to identify opportunities to expand the penetration of Foodics Products among existing customers (e.g., Foodics Pay, Foodics Online)Set up processes and KPIs to track and optimize the performance of the team members (e.g., Calls conducted, Conversion rate, etc.)Lead the expansion efforts of newly launched Foodics products toward existing customersCollaborate with higher management to establish and execute sales targets countrywideWork closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of expansion salesForecast annual, quarterly, and monthly salesAssist sales personnel in their techniquesDevelop specific strategies to ensure growth both long and short‑termWhat Are We Looking For5+ years sales experience in SaaS / FMCG / F&B / FinTech industryExperience in managing a high‑performance tele‑sales team of at least 5 people or moreTrack record of consistently achieving quota in past positionsExperience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systemsExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skillsMust have strong and excellent English & Arabic communication skillsSelf‑starter with the ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneouslyMust be flexible to work in a fast‑paced and evolving environmentWhat We Offer YouHighly competitive compensation packages, including bonuses and the potential for sharesPersonal development with regular training and an annual learning stipend to tackle new challenges and grow your career in a hyper‑growth environmentOpportunity to join a talented team of over 30 nationalities working in 14 countries, gaining valuable experience in an exciting industryAutonomy, mentoring, and challenging goals that create incredible opportunities for both you and the companySeniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionOtherIT Services and IT Consulting#J-18808-Ljbffr
