Job Title: PAUT/TOFD Operator – 10 VacanciesLocation: Dammam, Saudi ArabiaSalary: 50000 Rs - 90000 Rs Per MonthQualification: Engineer with ASNT Level II or BCN Level II certification and minimum 5 years of experience in PAUT and TOFD inspection techniques.Job OverviewWe are seeking highly skilled and certified PAUT/TOFD Operators with strong technical expertise in ultrasonic testing methods. The ideal candidates will be responsible for conducting advanced ultrasonic inspections, evaluating weld quality, interpreting data, and ensuring compliance with international inspection standards for industrial and construction projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) and Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD) inspections on welds, components, and structures.Calibrate ultrasonic testing equipment in accordance with established codes and standards.Interpret and analyze ultrasonic data to identify discontinuities, defects, or anomalies.Prepare detailed inspection reports with accurate findings and recommendations.Ensure adherence to applicable codes such as ASME, AWS, and ISO standards.Maintain and store inspection records and calibration logs systematically.Work closely with NDT coordinators, QA/QC engineers, and project teams to ensure testing efficiency and reliability.Follow strict safety protocols during inspection operations in high-risk industrial environments.Participate in regular audits and verification of testing procedures.Provide technical support during project inspections and assist in developing inspection procedures.Skills RequiredExpertise in PAUT and TOFD techniques.Strong knowledge of NDT standards such as ASME, ASTM, ISO, and API.Proficiency in using instruments such as OmniScan MX2, Sonatest, or equivalent.Sound understanding of weld inspection and defect characterization.Excellent data interpretation and report preparation skills.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently in industrial and field environments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
