Pattern Maker

Location: Dubai | Freelance or Part-Time (Hybrid/On-Site)We’re looking for an experienced Pattern Maker to support our design and production teams in translating creative concepts into precise, production-ready patterns. This role is hands-on and technical, requiring both a deep understanding of garment construction and an eye for fit and proportion.You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and sample makers to ensure our pieces reflect the intended silhouette, fall, and quality that NÓRA is known for.What you’ll do:Develop accurate, production-ready patterns for new designs based on sketches, samples, or technical specificationsInterpret design intent while ensuring patterns are practical, well-balanced, and technically soundAdjust patterns based on fitting sessions and provide clear instructions for correctionsWork closely with the design and sampling teams to troubleshoot construction issuesMaintain pattern archives and documentation, ensuring consistency across collectionsAssist with grading patterns across size ranges when requiredCollaborate on sampling timelines to ensure deliverables are met efficientlyWhat we’re looking for:3–5 years of experience as a pattern maker in the fashion industry, preferably in women’s ready-to-wearStrong knowledge of garment construction, fabric behavior, and finishing techniquesSkilled in both manual (paper) and digital pattern drafting; familiarity with industry software a plusExceptional attention to detail and precisionAbility to work independently while collaborating closely with creative and technical teamsBased in Dubai with availability for in-person fittings and sampling sessionsIf this sounds like the role for you then please send through your CV with the subject line: PATTERN MAKER.info@noralabel.comWe're always on the lookout for passionate, fashion forward women.So, if you love the brand, then please send through your CV with the subject line: CAREERS.
