DescriptionJob Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Patient Coordinator with previous healthcare sales experience. Your primary goal will be to promote and sell our healthcare programs (i.e. products and services) while ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our patients and contribute to the overall success of the company.Key ResponsibilitiesHealthcare Program Sales:Conducting phone calls to prospective patients to explain and sell programs offered by our organizationWritten communication through online communication tools (WhatsApp/ Meta Channels/ E-mail) to address inquiries from prospective patientsUtilizing CRM software to effectively manage and stage incoming leads from marketing campaignsOffering a warm and welcoming attitude to all patients and visitors inquiring about our services through in-person and telecommunication routes.Cross-selling products for existing patients in line with related service offeringsIdentifying and pursuing new sales and potential opportunitiesPatient Coordination:Utilizing EMR systems to scheduling appointments for patients to ensure a smooth patient experienceFacilitating efficient patient flow by maintaining clear communication with both patients and clinical staffCoordinating with relevant internal teams to manage remote visits for service delivery (blood tests medication deliveries)Monitoring patient adherence to follow-up visits as per enrolled program to enhance treatment continuityEnsuring all program milestones and service provision logs are documented accurately and promptlyClient relationship management:Using a personalized approach to build trust and rapport between the patient and coordinator.Providing personalized service and support to Clients i.e. PatientsCollaboration with internal teams to ensure Client satisfactionProduct Knowledge and Promotion:Keeping up to date with industry trends and developmentsGain in-depth knowledge of the companys healthcare products and servicesConduct product demonstrations presentations and training sessions for interested partiesRequirementsExcellent written and verbal communication in English (native like)Bachelors degree in healthcare administration or businessMinimum 3-4 year experience in healthcare sales or a related field in the UAEA proven track record of successful client relationships managementStrong communication interpersonal and problem-solving skillsAbility to work weekend shifts i.e. Saturday & Sunday and public holidaysFriendly and adaptable attitudeRequired ExperienceIC#J-18808-Ljbffr
