Patient Coordinator

DescriptionLocation: Jumeirah 1 Dubai UAEWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Patient Coordinator with a healthcare background. You will be responsible for providing highlevel customer service and sales support to our Clients i.e. Patients. You will work closely with them to understand their needs and provide them with personalized solutions and recommendations. Your goal will be to promote and sell our healthcare programs i.e. products and services ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our Patients and contribute to the overall success of the company.Key responsibilities for this role include:Patient Coordination: Scheduling appointments using the facilitys systems to ensure a smooth patient experience. Monitoring patient adherence to followup visits to enhance treatment continuity.Offering a warm welcome to all patients and visitors both in person and over the phone while employing proper telephone etiquette.Facilitating efficient patient flow by alerting providers upon patient arrival managing delays effectively and maintaining clear communication with both patients and clinical staff.Handling inquiries from patients prospective patients and visitors with courtesy.Ensuring all patient interactions including potential new and followup visits are recorded accurately and promptly.Client relationship management: Building and maintaining relationships with clients in the healthcare industryIdentifying and pursuing new sales opportunitiesProviding personalized service and support to Clients i.e. PatientsAssisting Clients with product and service selectionProviding information and education on healthcare products and servicesCollaborating with internal teams to ensure Client satisfactionMeeting and exceeding sales targetsKeeping up to date with industry trends and developmentsProduct Knowledge and Promotion: Gain indepth knowledge of the companys healthcare products and servicesMarellsConduct product demonstrations presentations and training sessions for ClientsUnderstands follows and supports all hospital infection control programsQualificationsEXCELLENT English (native like) A MUSTBachelors degree in healthcare administration or businessA proven track record of successful client relationships management Datadriven with the ability to understand dataMinimum 34 year experience in healthcare sales or a related field in the UAEStrong communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills are also essential for success in this roleFriendly and adaptable attitudeRequired Experience:IC#J-18808-Ljbffr
