Job DescriptionResponsible for supervising subordinates, attending special meetings with other departments, receiving patients who have been transferred from clinics or emergency sections, entering all missing information of patients, preparing admissions for patients, and working as cashier.ResponsibilitiesSupervise subordinates, attend special meetings with other departments, receive patients transferred from clinics or emergency sections, enter all missing information of patients, prepare admissions for patients, and work as cashier.Provide quality service to all hospital customers as part of Patient Access Support.Process manual receipts for customers when the billing system is not working.Receive patients who are transferred from clinics or emergency sections.Place all admission papers in the patient file, and send the file and the patient with the messenger to the seeking ward.Open new files for patients and make admissions after updating their information in the system.Fill inpatient claims.Perform receptionist duties, including answering incoming telephone calls to the section.Prepare bills for all inpatient patients.Follow up with patients who were admitted to the ward without health insurance.Work as a cashier in the poly clinics, x-ray, and emergency unit.Participate in cross-functional teams and committees as appropriate.Coordinate with other related departments within the organization to ensure efficient admission and registration of patients.QualificationsRequired: 0 - 2 years of experience.Desired: Experience in a large healthcare facility.#J-18808-Ljbffr
