The Pastry Chef will be responsible for creating high-quality pastries and desserts, monitoring our pastry kitchen operations, and developing new recipes.ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality pastries and dessertsMonitor pastry kitchen operationsDevelop new pastry and dessert recipesQualificationsMinimum of five years of experience in a professional baking environment as a pastry chefStrong knowledge of French-style baking techniques and ingredientsAbility to prepare a variety of desserts including cakes, pies, cookies, mousses and ice creamsExcellent organizational skills and ability to train new staffCreative with an eye for presentation when plating dessertsAbility to work well under pressurePassionate about food with a keen interest in learning new recipes and techniquesSalary and OpportunitiesSalary: 1200 AED per month.
