The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic and talented individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. They should have an excellent knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, ingredients and tools, as well as the ability to come up with new ideas for pastries, cakes, desserts and other sweet treats.ResponsibilitiesPreparation of desserts and other sweet dishes on a daily basis, including making cakes, cookies, pastries, mousses and ice cream.Prepare presentation pieces for special events such as weddings or corporate functions.Maintain high standards of hygiene within the kitchen area and ensure that all ingredients used are of the highest quality.QualificationsBasic understanding of food safety regulations.Excellent communication skills.Degree or diploma in baking/pastry arts beneficial but not required.Willing to work flexible hours when needed.CompensationSalary of 1300 AED per month.#J-18808-Ljbffr
