They will be expected to create menu items that are creative and exciting, while ensuring they meet the highest quality standards. Additionally, they will be responsible for ensuring that all kitchen operations are conducted in a safe and hygienic manner and that all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality.The successful candidate should have a good understanding of food safety regulations as well as an eye for detail when it comes to presentation. They should also be able to work well under pressure, take initiative, work independently and as part of a team.
